Andrea started her Information Technology career after returning home from the University of Mississippi. She is the Chief Information Officer for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, serving the agency in various roles since 2007. Andrea is a certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) and currently a member of Women in Technology International (WITI).

Andrea is the daughter of a U.S. Naval veteran and was born on the Pensacola Navy Base.  With her father’s various assignments, she grew a fondness for traveling at an early age.  Outside of her travel and technology passions, Andrea is passionate about animals, the Tampa Bay Bucs, our youth, and the men & women who serve our communities and our Nation.

Andrea has served and/or is actively serving in various volunteer roles for local pet rescues, veteran programs and youth rec programs including Year Up Tampa Bay, 3DE/Junior Achievement, Metropolitan Ministries, the Boys & Girls Club and the Sheriff’s Youth Ranch.  She joined Hook in 2021 with a mission to expand the organization's reach to help the men and women of our communities who sacrifice every day.
