Hook-A-Hero has continued to grow our impact in meaningful ways. Over the past year alone, we have nearly doubled our reach since our last Clay Shoot, now actively supporting close to 180 first responders and their families nationwide. In 2025, we have provided nearly 400 mental health services and over 40 wellness activities, with even more programs planned in the months ahead

—all at no cost to our Heroes and their families.

 

We are excited to invite you to our Annual Hook-A-Hero Clay Shoot Fundraiser, taking place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the beautiful Tampa Bay Sporting Clays facility. This annual event brings together business and community leaders for a day of connection, camaraderie, and purpose—while raising the critical funds that fuel the majority of the services we provide year-round.

 

All shooters will receive one-of-a-kind participant gifts, ammo, cart, and lunch. The day will also feature awards for the top three teams, our always-popular “Top Shot” shoot-off, silent auctions with exclusive sports memorabilia provided by Socially Funded, live auctions, raffles, and much more—

you will not want to miss it.

 

This event is our largest fundraiser of the year and plays a crucial role in allowing us to continue fulfilling our mission. Every $100 raised funds one hour of therapy, and we currently average two therapy sessions per day, in addition to retreats, wellness activities, and other direct support services made possible through your generosity.
