Zach Maddox

Zach started his career as a Central Florida Firefighter. Throughout his tenure, Zach obtained his paramedic license and pursued his passion for Technical Rescue as well as mental health. After learning to manage his own mental health battles and losing many friends and colleagues, Zach decided to dedicate all his efforts to fighting the battle of mental health in our first responder community.

With that came the creation of the Healing Heroes Guide Company as his favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing and playing golf. He used his resources and passion to provide outdoor recreational therapy for our hometown heroes.

Zach joined Hook-A-Hero in 2024 to expand his reach to providing support for our first responder heroes where his passion meets purpose. His motto to the first responder community is “If I can’t fight on the front lines with you, then I will fight for you on the sidelines.”
